Overview
Milt Burgess has been consulting for owners and contractors since 1988 following a 35-year construction career, the last 14 years with University Mechanical & Engineering Contractors of San Diego. His last position with University was Executive Vice President responsible for all West Coast commercial and industrial projects. He has a B.S.M.E. from Montana State University, is licensed in California, Nevada and Idaho as a Professional Engineer, and holds California Contractors licenses in eight classifications.
